Training, Coaching, and Support

Our bespoke training is customized to fit your organization's needs and we leverage your tickets and tenant to provide hands-on experience for your team. All training programs include baseline assessment survey/exit survey and affiliated insights, curriculum that is customized to your team, outcomes-driven training sessions, assessments, coaching, and support.

 

Longer-term training is designed around creating deeper knowledge across your team by allowing the training to truly mesh with the day-to-day activities of your team. Throughout, training concepts will be highlighted as they present themselves in real-life work, thus increasing the transfer of knowledge.

Process and Workflow Optimization

We've seen many teams struggle with the change management around adapting to a new ERP system post go-live. We can help you by providing tailored solutions to optimize your work intake as well as setting up governance and documentation around those processes. We provide recommendations around sustaining support long-term and set you up with the necessary framework to succeed.

Governance and Strategy

System governance and strategy can be addressed at any point in your Workday journey, and we customize our offerings based around your organization. All governance and strategy initiatives are addressed by creating a system in which to operate, suggestions of categories, tags, and classifications to apply to existing reports/calculated fields, audit report(s) to support ongoing adherence to governance, and affiliated documentation (templates, process documentation, best practices guide)
